How is Kingmaker different from a regular tax prep firm?

We provide year-round advisory, defensible documentation, and semi-annual "War Room" sessions to ensure your strategy evolves as your cash flow grows.

I already have a bookkeeper. Do I have to switch?

Not necessarily. While we offer elite bookkeeping and payroll to ensure strategy continuity, we can work alongside your existing team as the "Strategic Layer." However, strategy is only as good as the data. If your current bookkeeping is messy, we will recommend moving it to our high-end internal system to ensure your strategy is built on solid ground.

Why is there a "Texas Focus"?

Is there an extra charge when I have a question mid-year?

No. This is where we differ most. We believe our clients should have the ability to get any tax question answered anytime throughout the year for no extra charge. We want to be the first call you make when you're considering a major acquisition, an entity change, or a significant income shift.

What is the "Tax War Room"?

It is a dedicated, half-day session held twice a year (In-person or Virtual). We sit down to perform an entity review, map out your cash flow for the next 12 months, and create next-year projections. It is a moment of calm, sharp, strategic focus in a world of business chaos.
